Personality: If there ever was a rather sweet and energetic person from the Capitol, it’s Charlavail. Even if her parents were quite stuck up like the rest of the people from the Capitol, Vail doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. In fact, the girl is rarely even sad. When her co-workers and friends say she’s always lively, they’re not joking.
Character background:
Ever since Charlavail was old enough to hold a pencil, she was drawing. Then, even since she was old enough to understand fashion, she was designing. Growing up in a wealthy family was nothing surprising when you’re from the Capitol. For the most part, the Simmons family was just your average wealthy family. The nineteen-year-old girl’s parents own a couple businesses around Panem, leaving the girl with enough funding to go into whichever business she wanted.
The sweet girl picked to go into fashion – a hobby she had since she was a kid. Vail certainly had the gift to design and create clothing, why not put it to good use? With a good amount of schooling and just the right talent, she became a certified Head Stylist for the Hunger Games. Albeit a bit nervous, Vail knows that the 7th Hunger Games, her first Games, she’ll do her best to make whichever tribute she gets shine the brightest.
